Delivery
- *Free delivery to mainland England & Wales only.
- For Scotland and all other areas call us for a price.
- Deliveries are Mon-Fri during normal working hours.
- Delivery is direct from supplier to your site on pallet(s).
- The transport carrier can only allocate a maximum of 15mins for delivery
- Failed or refused deliveries will be subject to a re-delivery charge.
Damaged Items
- Please inspect delivery thoroughly for damages before accepting them.
- Any damaged items must be refused at point of delivery and signed 'Refused as Damaged'.
- Please email us photos of damaged items within 24hours
- Apollo are unable to replace any items that are signed for and accepted.

Returns
- Any items return will be subject to full carriage costs and restocking fee
- The purchaser is responsible for the return carriage and suitable packing.
- The purchaser is responsible for the items until Armorgard have received them back.
