Delivery & Returns

• Lead Time:
  • 2-3 Working Days
  • Lead times are subject to stock availability
• Delivery
  • *Free delivery to mainland England & Wales only.
  • For Scotland and all other areas call us for a price.
  • Deliveries are Mon-Fri during normal working hours.
  • Delivery is direct from supplier to your site on pallet(s).
  • The transport carrier can only allocate a maximum of 15mins for delivery
  • Failed or refused deliveries will be subject to a re-delivery charge.
• Damaged Items
  • Please inspect delivery thoroughly for damages before accepting them.
  • Any damaged items must be refused at point of delivery and signed 'Refused as Damaged'.
  • Please email us photos of damaged items within 24hours
  • Apollo are unable to replace any items that are signed for and accepted.

• Returns
  • Any items return will be subject to full carriage costs and restocking fee
  • The purchaser is responsible for the return carriage and suitable packing.
  • The purchaser is responsible for the items until Armorgard have received them back.
