Designed to give you the flexibility of using a poly spill pallet outdoors without the sump filling with rainwater this BP4HC hard covered spill pallet 4 drum spill pallet comes complete with a self-assembly steel frame and polyethylene cover. The plastic roof helps prevent the bowing of the PVC cover as well as providing a longer life through general use.
