- Delivery is direct from supplier to your site on pallet(s).
- The transport carrier can only allocate a maximum of 15mins for delivery
- Failed or refused deliveries will be subject to a re-delivery charge.
- Damaged Items
- Please inspect delivery thoroughly for damages before accepting them.
- Any damaged items must be refused at point of delivery and signed 'Refused as Damaged'.
- Please email us photos of damaged items within 24hours
- We are unable to replace any items that are signed for and accepted.
- Returns
- Any items return will be subject to full carriage costs and restocking fee
- The purchaser is responsible for the return carriage and suitable packing.
- The purchaser is responsible for the items until they are received back.
